Our story

A small range, made properly

7souls started with a frustrating shelf: dozens of bottles, vague labels, and doses too low to matter. We wanted something simpler — a handful of formulas covering what most people are genuinely short on, in forms the body can use.

How we formulate

We choose chelated and methylated forms where absorption research supports them: magnesium glycinate rather than oxide, methylfolate rather than folic acid, zinc bisglycinate balanced with copper. Doses follow published intake ranges, not marketing.

How we test

Every batch is manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the United States and sent to an independent laboratory for identity, potency and heavy-metal testing. Certificates of analysis are available on request.
