Refund & returns policy

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with any seal intact. For safety reasons, opened or partially used supplements cannot be resold and are only refundable if the product is defective or was shipped in error.

How to start a return

Email support@sevensoulhealth.store with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions. Items sent back without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

Return shipping costs

• Defective, damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping in full.
• Change of mind: the customer pays return shipping; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Inspect your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photographs of the item and packaging and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional billing cycle for the credit to appear.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received an approved refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or card issuer first, then contact us at support@sevensoulhealth.store and we will investigate.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used supplements, unless defective
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they are dispatched. Once a parcel has shipped, the return process above applies.
