Processing time

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays). You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our facility.

Rates and delivery times

• United States standard: $6.00, 3–6 business days — free on orders over $50
• United States express: $14.00, 1–3 business days
• Canada: $12.00, 6–12 business days
• Europe and rest of world: $18.00, 8–16 business days

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the new shipping cost is paid.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, contact support@sevensoulhealth.store. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, once it is confirmed lost, resend your order or refund it in full.

Restrictions

Some countries restrict the import of dietary supplements. It is the customer's responsibility to check local regulations before ordering. We cannot refund parcels seized by customs authorities.
